Unfortunately, we had an irregularity on our website. If you register for SFSM 2019 and you did not get a confirmation by email, we would ask you to make your registration again and before May 22. Sorry to make you circumstances!

Anouncement & Call for Paper

The Organizing committee would like to remind you of the fourth Swiss Food Science Meeting (SFSM) held at June 26-27, 2019 in Neuchâtel. Process and Industrial Food Contaminants is chosen as the meeting topic. Please have a look at the preliminary program and you will see competent speakers with international reputation will share their knowledge with you. Not to forget the social events at the end of the first day, starting with the come together at the beer bar and followed by the dinner on the lakeside.

Beside the presentations of distinguished invited speakers, the organising committee welcomes oral contributions as well as posters. Contributions are appreciate to the SFSM 2019 issue, but they are also open to the whole field of food science.

Deadline for contributions: March 31, 2019

Official Registration is possible until May 22, 2019. Last minute registrations are possible (charged with additional costs).
